How do I setup my own server for a business?

I am setting up an online trading post site with features such as member login, search, and photo upload. I need a big server that will be able to support massive traffic and hold the account information of around 5,000 members. How do I set up server(s) that are cost efficient, reliable, and powerful? Would it be recommended that I do it myself or hire someone?
Where can I hire someone? Is there a good company anyone would recommend?

How to Repair Exchange 2007 After Files Deletion By SP1 Setup

A very strange and common problem that you may need to deal with when installing Exchange 2007 SP1 is the failure of the installation process even when all prerequisites are met. The problem does not end with the failure of the installation process with following error message:

“Install had failed and a reboot was required and that I should run setup again”

After rebooting the system to run the setup again, you get shocked seeing that all previous files are deleted and you cannot continue the installation process. A popup message appears saying that a backup registry setting is found; therefore, only build to build upgrade is supported.

Solution

This article tells you how the aforementioned issues can be resolved to setup the server to send / receive emails without any problem. Following procedure helps you tackle the problem easily and effectively:

1.Install Windows 2003 R2 including all service packs on Exchange Server.
2.Link it with domain having the name similar to the Exchange Server.
3.Now, you have to install Exchange 2007 with SP1. However, before installing Exchange 2007 complete all Exchange 2007 pre-installation configurations like setting IIS.
4.After completing pre-installation configurations, install Exchange 2007.
5.At this time, all mailboxes will not connect to the new Exchange store. To connect mailboxes with new Exchange mail store, disable all mailboxes and then add them again like you create new mailboxes.
6.You need to add every mailbox in order to establish connection with Exchange 2007. This way all users will be able to send / receive emails.

When an Outlook user whose new mailbox is configured on Exchange Server starts Outlook, he / she will be able to send / receive emails without any issue. However, for the first time when Outlook is started, the user gets two options to choose from. The first one is Temporary Mailbox and second is User Old data. On selecting the first option, a connection will be established to the newly setup Exchange Server 2007. The second option, user old data represents the old emails and other details that Outlook has when it lastly synchronizes with old Exchange Server.

Selecting the second option, you may get some of the old emails but in order to recover all emails the only possible solution is backup restoration. You must need to restore backup in order to get all data. In case, you have Exchange database but is displays error message while restoring it means the database is damaged.

Now, the repair Exchange 2007 Mailbox tool is the sole solution to get the old data back. You need to repair the corrupt mailbox first and then you can have access to old emails. Following steps help you repair Exchange 2007 mailbox in an efficient manner:

1.Download and install an effective Exchange repair tool.
2.Select the corrupt database.
3.Start scanning the selected database.
4.Select a location to save the repaired database after the scanning process is completed.

This is how Exchange repair can be done in an easiest and prolific manner. One precautionary step that you must take before downloading the repair Exchange 2007 mailbox is check if it supports Exchange database created using the Exchange Server that you have been using.
