You’ll just flip(per) over this event You’ve heard the expression about having friends in high places, but over the years we’ve learned that our sea turtles have friends in all places. On July 8 and 9 those friends will converge on The Arts and Antique District (500 & 600 blocks) of Castle Street in Wilmington for Sea Turtle Arts Rescue/S.T.A.R.’s first annual Sea Turtle Arts Festival.
