Neighborhoods throughout Champlin are being invited to join thousands of other communities across the nation to celebrate National Night Out/Night to Unite 6-9 p.m. Tuesday, Aug. 2. Residents in neighborhoods across the nation are asked to lock their doors, turn on outside lights and spend the evening outside with neighbors.

You’ll just flip(per) over this event You’ve heard the expression about having friends in high places, but over the years we’ve learned that our sea turtles have friends in all places. On July 8 and 9 those friends will converge on The Arts and Antique District (500 & 600 blocks) of Castle Street in Wilmington for Sea Turtle Arts Rescue/S.T.A.R.’s first annual Sea Turtle Arts Festival.
